Fulfillment Partners

AllMind Pets uses third-party fulfillment partners to ship products directly to you. Products may ship from domestic or international warehouses depending on the supplier.

Shipping Windows

Most orders ship within 3-7 business days of order confirmation. Exact windows depend on the supplier and your location.

You will receive an email with tracking information as soon as your order ships. Shipping speeds vary by product and destination — check the product detail page for estimated delivery ranges.

Shipping Options

We currently offer standard shipping only. We do not have expedited or express shipping options available at this time. If you need an order faster than standard allows, contact us before ordering and we will try to help: support@allmindpets.com

Tracking

Tracking information will be provided via email once your order is confirmed and a tracking number is available from the fulfillment partner. If you have not received tracking info within 10 business days of your order confirmation, reach out to us.

International Shipping

We currently ship to U.S. addresses only. We do not ship internationally at this time. If you are outside the U.S., we are not able to fulfill your order.

Address Accuracy

It is your responsibility to ensure your shipping address is complete and correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If an order is returned to us due to an address issue, contact us and we will work to resolve it.
