By using allmindpets.com, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site. We may update these terms at any time; the date at the top of this page reflects the most recent version.

Products and Fulfillment

AllMind Pets operates an e-commerce platform. Products are fulfilled by third-party suppliers and shipped directly to you. AllMind Pets acts as the retailer of record.

We do not guarantee specific product outcomes beyond what is described on the product detail page. Reviews and descriptions reflect supplier-provided information; we do not make medical or health claims for any product.

Shipping

Shipping times vary by supplier and destination. Tracking information will be provided via email when your order is confirmed. Standard shipping only; we do not currently offer expedited options. We ship to U.S. addresses only.

Returns

Return policies vary by product. To initiate a return, contact us at support@allmindpets.com. We will work to make it right.

Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in USD. We use Stripe for payment processing. We do not store payment card numbers. Autoship subscriptions are billed monthly; you may cancel at any time via your Stripe portal link or by emailing us.

Intellectual Property

All content on allmindpets.com — including text, graphics, product descriptions, and the AllMind Pets name and logo — is owned by AllMind LLC. You may not reproduce, republish, or exploit any of it without written permission.

Dispute Resolution and Class Action Waiver

By using this site, you agree that any dispute arising from your use of allmindpets.com will be resolved through binding arbitration, not through courts. You also waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against AllMind Pets.

This does not affect any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.

allmindpets.com is provided as-is. We do not make warranties beyond what is stated on the site. We are not liable for indirect damages arising from your use of the site or any product ordered through it.
